Prayer Scripture: Jesus said, "If you have faith as small as
a mustard seed, you can say to this mulberry tree, 'Be uprooted and
planted in the sea', and it will obey you". (Luke 17:6)- The Sunrise UMC Prayer Team asks that everyone who supports our minstry will pray this prayer during the day, at least once a day. We suggest you pray at noon and/or at 7 p.m.
We give thanks to You, Lord Jesus, for spring, when renewal comes over the face of the earth with new life. We give thanks to You for the renewal that Jesus also brings in our own lives. Thank You, Loving Savior, for your gift of eternal life for all who believe.
We pray at this time for Sunrise United Methodist Church. Holy Spirit, bring new vibrancy and spiritual renewal to each person in our congregation, that they might experience anew a life of faith, and of hope. We pray that compassion for Your kingdom will abound in the heart and mind of each person who enters this sacred place. We eagerly await Your transforming presence, Lord Jesus Christ. In Your holy name, we pray, Amen.
